Inspires all girls to be strong, smart, and bold, providing more than 140,000 girls across the U.S. and Canada with life-changing experiences and solutions to the unique challenges girls face.

Girls on the Run
Inspires girls to be joyful, healthy and confident using a fun, experience-based curriculum which creatively integrates running.

Girlstart
Increases girls’ interest and engagement in STEM through innovative, nationally-recognized informal STEM education programs.

Girl Talk
An international non-profit peer-to-peer mentoring program with a very simple premise: high school girls mentor middle school girls to help them deal with the issues they face during their formative early teenage years. Girl Talk’s mission is to help young teenaged girls build self-esteem, develop leadership skills and recognize the value of community service. 

Girl Up
As the United Nations Foundation’s adolescent girl campaign, Girl Up engages girls to take action. Led by a community of nearly half a million passionate advocates raising awareness and funds, their efforts help the hardest to reach girls living in places where it is hardest to be a girl.

Ladies Learning Code/Girls Learning Code
A not-for-profit organization with the mission to be the leading resource for women and youth to become passionate builders – not just consumers – of technology by learning technical skills in a hands-on, social, and collaborative way.

Schoolgirls Unite
Tackles prejudice against girls worldwide and expands their freedom and opportunities through education and leadership.

The Geena Davis Institute on Gender in Media
Founded by Academy Award®-winning actor and advocate Geena Davis, the Institute is the only research-based organization working within the media and entertainment industry to engage, educate, and influence the need to dramatically improve, gender balance, reduce stereotyping and create diverse female characters in entertainment targeting children 11 and under.

Write Girl
Matches girls with women writers who mentor them in creative writing. Every year, Write Girl produces dozens of workshops, panel discussions and special events to help girls get creative, get through high school and get to college!

The Study of Social Science for Kids
An interesting program from Maryville University in St. Louis, MO that gives kids (boys & girls!) many courses to explore and learn about the social sciences.
